Responsibilities:
Develop recruiting strategies to help us fill our clients hiring needs and find the right candidates for technical positions
Help create and evolve job descriptions in partnership with our clients.
Review incoming applications to match them with job requirements
Source candidates via databases, social networks, niche platforms (such as GitHub and Stack Overflow), etc.
Perform pre-screening calls to confirm their qualifications
Select the most suitable candidates and refer them to hiring managers
Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants
Help to interview candidates using various methods (i.e. skills assessments and structured interviews)
Inform the candidates of the hiring decisions
Compose offer letters as well as negotiate salary and benefits
Gain feedback continuously from hiring managers
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
You’re perfect for this role if you:
Enjoy the challenge of taking part in complex technical projects
Are able to work closely with hiring managers to find the best candidates for all IT-related positions
Are a great communicator who is focused on deadlines and results
Have hands-on experience with various interview formats and have ideally hired for your own technical team.
Perform well in a fast-paced environment
Skills and qualifications:
You will need to demonstrate:
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
The following would also be a significant plus:
A degree in business, marketing, psychology, information technology, or a technical field
Organizational & project management skills
Comprehensive knowledge of the industry
