Senior Telco Service Delivery Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Telco Service Delivery Manager to lead a high performing technical team focused on the implementation of telecommunication solutions to our customers and enable our business to commence the billing of the associated revenue.

Our customers are crucial for our business success and have a high expectation for the level of service provided. 

You will have end-2-end accountability for all service delivery technical functions (core function of Implementation Engineering) within all portfolios to implement their orders with the highest quality standards as well as in a timely fashion, ultimately to create positive outcomes for the customers within their respective geography.  
  
The role will also work with the Leadership Team to manage change, assess/mitigate risks and assist in defining the strategy of the business unit.
  
As an experienced leader, you will utilise your technical background to act as a trusted advisor to customers as well as a mentor to direct reports.
  
You will have accountability for managing the provisioning queue through effective resource planning and order allocation; will be first point of customer or engineer escalation; and will drive continual service improvement, reporting against metrics and knowledge management.
