Network Support Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a global enterprise as the Network Support Manager who will lead multiple teams of T1 & T2 Network Engineers to monitor, maintain & support the network. This role provides a great deal of opportunity for professional growth as we're seeking someone that wants to grow the team, technology and their own capabilities. 

What you will be doing:
  • Support the end-to-end platform strategy, design, build, change and run off our Networks Platform
  • Continuously generate opportunities to enhance the platform experience to meet end-user and Business Owners' expectations
  • Manage a backlog of Incidents, BAU and change features prioritised to achieve business value whilst maintaining stability, resiliency and security
  • Support the IP Network, managed SD-WAN Networks, SASE remote access, Extranet Connectivity, and managed Local & Domestic Networks and Batch services for all of the Group
Your Experience:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience within a network-focused operations leadership role within Large Enterprise or Service Provider environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the support of complex networks and automation technologies
  • Experience with large technology network infrastructure programs and projects, with at least 3 years in a Senior position
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, and previous experience managing and liaising with external vendors
  • Strong written documentation and process documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices and principles
