Specialising in Strategy & Design, Implementation, Data Quality & Support, Operational Support, Google Marketing Platform and Consulting services. They have extensive experience bringing science to marketing for clients in the Government, Travel and Tourism, Finance & Insurance, Automotive, Ecommerce, Retail, Property, Agency, Education, and not-for-profit sectors.
  
They are one part digital advertising/paid media management and the other strategic analytics consulting. Due to immense growth, their strategic analytics consulting team, who focus on accelerating the complex analytics journey for enterprise and mid-market clients, are now looking for a eCommerce Analyst to join their growing team. This role has the potential to grow into a manager role quite quickly for the right candidate, you will be helping grow and develop a completely new service offering for the Global brand.

The eCommerce Analyst must be someone who can use data, extract it and gather/draw parallels for clients – basically a wizard with data !

 Success in this role: 
  • Own client meetings, including presenting insights, data analysis and strategic ways forward for clients
  • Understand client goals and communicate and advocate for clients' needs internally.
  • Aggregating and analysing data from websites and online marketing campaigns, presents findings and prepares preliminary performance evaluations and recommendations for media optimisation.
  • Creating and maintaining client documentation that reflects their usage of data and tools within the organisation.
  • Providing strategic direction to support leaders to evolve their organization by answering their business questions and helping them do more of what works and less of what doesn't.
  • Recommending tools, metrics, and best practices for the measurement of online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Keen attention to detail and willing to pay attention to the "small things".
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep experience and expertise in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics in relation to eCommerce
  • Have a great desire to learn new things and are quick at applying newly learned skills.
  • Willing to lean on teammates when needed and support teammates when they need your expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and time management skills; must enjoy collaborating with marketers, programmers, and clients.
  • An attitude that demonstrates that you will Make Your Mark on client and team growth.
  • Work with Client Services, Data & Analytics, Operations and Digital Experience teams to create best-in-class service experiences for all clients.
  • Act as a thought leader within the larger strategic Data & Insights team to share industry learnings and demonstrate best practices
  Experience/Skills: 
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Analyst or Consultant within eCommerce or digital marketing preferably in an agency or consultative role.
  • Must have proficient experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics & Google Tag Manager 
  • Certification in Google Analytics (GAIQ) and/or Adobe Analytics (or adequate experience)
  • Confident client facing technical ability to navigate technical platforms (Adobe/Google) 
  • Preferably a background in Media, AdTech, Digital Advertising or Digital Marketing but not a mandate
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Service-oriented ethos with a strong business mindset and the ability to create strategic plans
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business issues, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion and precise attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapid-growth environment. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
