Solving clients’ data challenges to help optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer experience, increase competitive advantage, and, ultimately, evolve their organizations. Specialising in Strategy & Design, Implementation, Data Quality & Support, Operational Support, Google Marketing Platform and Consulting services. They have extensive experience bringing science to marketing for clients in the Government, Travel and Tourism, Finance & Insurance, Automotive, Ecommerce, Retail, Property, Agency, Education, and not-for-profit sectors.
  
They are one part digital advertising/paid media management and the other strategic analytics consulting. Due to immense growth, their strategic analytics consulting team, who focus on accelerating the complex analytics journey for enterprise and mid-market clients, are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. The CSM will must be passionate about determining the needs/wants of the client and lead with empathy when steering them in the direction of success. 

 Success in this role: 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors, fostering regular, impactful engagement.
  • Confident working with clients to ensure they are across the performance of data on their platforms (campaigns & traffic) using analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to measure, monitor, and provide insight into user behaviour.
  • Oversee the lifecycle and all aspects of client data health, value realization through data & analytics and assist with marketing campaign optimisation
  • Act as the lead point of contact and account owner for all matters specific to assigned clients, providing problem resolution and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Own client meetings, including presenting insights, data analysis and strategic ways forward for clients
  • Understand client goals and communicate and advocate for clients' needs internally.
  • Keen attention to detail and willing to pay attention to the "small things".
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep experience and expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Have a great desire to learn new things and are quick at applying newly learned skills.
  • Willing to lean on teammates when needed and support teammates when they need your expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and time management skills; must enjoy collaborating with marketers, programmers, and clients.
  • An attitude that demonstrates that you will Make Your Mark on client and team growth.
  • Work with Client Services, Data & Analytics, Operations and Digital Experience teams to create best-in-class service experiences for all clients.
  • Act as a thought leader within the larger Customer Success team to share industry learnings and demonstrate best practices

  Experience/Skills: 
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a Customer Success Manager or Digital Consulting role supporting clients
  • Must have proficient experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Certification in Google Analytics (GAIQ) and/or Adobe Analytics (or adequate experience)
  • Confident client facing technical ability to navigate technical platforms (Adobe/Google)
  • Preferably a background in Media, AdTech, Digital Advertising or Digital Marketing but not a mandate
  • Strong consultative approach to Customer Success and be able to influence decision making and steer clients into the path of success
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Service-oriented ethos with a strong business mindset and the ability to create strategic plans
  • Experience managing, consulting, and negotiating with clients with an excellent track record of Customer Success
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business issues, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion and precise attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapid-growth environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
